Catering Terms & Conditions
Definition:
‘Dröm Bakery’ refers to the company trading as ‘Dröm Bakery’ , ABN 25637183165
‘The Client’ refers to the customer booking any catering services with Dröm Bakery
‘We, ours, us, etc.’ means Dröm Bakery
‘You, yours, etc.’ means The Client
 
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by us at any time by updating them on our website. You should review these Terms and Conditions each time you access our website. By continuing to use and access our website you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.
 
Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change.
 
Deposit and Payments
Payment is required at the time of purchase on our online store. Other payment terms may apply for custom catering orders. 
 
Dietary Requirements
Dröm Bakery staff and suppliers prepare all food in accordance with the Food Standards set by Food Standards Australia.
 
The Dröm Bakery kitchen and equipment used within may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other known allergens. Although all care is taken by Dröm Bakery to ensure these items are contained, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. Whilst we understand the serious implications of reactions to allergens and will endeavour not to cross contaminate your food, Dröm Bakery will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to any of our food by any guest. Please inform any of your guests who have serious food allergies that if they are concerned that they will be able to bring their own allergen free food in some circumstances. 
 
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Customers who cancel their order 3 days before the agreed pick up date will be refunded in full via their original method of payment. 
 
If a customer wishes to cancel their order 2 days before the agreed pick up date, they will be refunded with a gift voucher. 
 
Unfortunately if you wish to cancel your order 1 day or less before the agreed pick up date, we are unable to issue a refund since our team would have had your order prepped by that time. 
 
Refund Policy
Due to many of our products being perishable or having a ‘short shelf life’ the majority of our products are unable to be returned or refunded, unless Dröm Bakery has made an error in processing your order on our behalf.
 
We accept that mishaps unfortunately do occur - if the error is due to a mistake on our behalf please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and our delivery driver will endeavour to collect the incorrect products (that must be in the same condition that you received them), and a refund will be provided for the affected products.
 
Any items that have been consumed will possibly be eligible for a partial refund.
We acknowledge that many of our valuable customers make multiple or regular orders. Should you wish to provide any feedback to Dröm Bakery on a particular product or order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of your order.
 
All agreed refunds will be processed and will be applied either to your original method of payment or via a gift voucher you can use towards a future purchase
 
Quality Control
Dröm Bakery does not part cater any event, including the serving of cakes, desserts, BYO food of any nature without prior consent. This practice contravenes our Food Safety program. Please mention to your Dröm Bakery booking representative during the initial quote stages if you plan to supply any foods from home or relative or registered food business. Images on our website and marketing material are styled for presentation purposes, and may not be indicative of the presentation of particular items ordered by the Client. Menus are subject to change according to seasonal and supplier availability. We do endeavour to alert clients to any changes, however, this is not always possible and in some instances some products may be substituted for similar quality ingredients.
 
Ordering Cut-off Times
We require at least 2 days to fulfil orders with a cut-off at 1pm daily. All orders received after 1pm will be processed the next day. This means you need to allow an extra day if you are placing an order after 1pm. 
 
Pick-up at store
Orders can be picked up at our store between 9am and 2pm on the agreed pick-up date when the order was placed. Delivery may be available for an additional charge for custom orders.
